Pros

I really enjoyed my time at DA, and despite coming for a completely different position initially, I learned a lot being a PM. Sadly, I just wasn't cut to being a PM.

Cons

Your experience really depends on whom you're working with – as it does everywhere. I wasn't fortunate and didn't quite match with my boss, but oh well.

Thank you for the review! It's great to know that you enjoyed your time with us and learned a lot, we hope your find your new skills useful :) We offer outsourcing, and our colleagues have a contract with DataArt, not a client, and receive full support from us. If our colleagues don't like the project or don't match with a team or a manager, they can always discuss changing a project.

Pros

A global company where you work with people from all over the world. The main perk is that you can switch projects internally without being laid off. You can also transition to a different role or a practice through the internal interview process. And you're free to work remotely. You could go to office locations. However, you don't have to.

Cons

The company can do a bit better with communicating the pros to both new hires and those who have been with the company for a while (in my experience, it depends on local HRs)
