      The job offers a good salary and interesting projects

      Cons

      I started working here at the beginning of 2026 Unfortunately, my experience with the Georgia location has been disappointing. There seems to be a lack of strong local leadership, and there is a noticeable gap between the company’s image and the reality in the office. DataArt is a great company with good projects and opportunities, but the Tbilisi office would benefit from stronger management and a clearer local vision.

      Pros

      A global company where you work with people from all over the world. The main perk is that you can switch projects internally without being laid off. You can also transition to a different role or a practice through the internal interview process. And you're free to work remotely. You could go to office locations. However, you don't have to.

      Cons

      The company can do a bit better with communicating the pros to both new hires and those who have been with the company for a while (in my experience, it depends on local HRs)
