Pros

Remote work Choose the time of day you work

Cons

You're left in the dark on almost everything. No definition of the required hours to maintain employment Zero transparency on required standards of work Little to no communication from management Service is intentionally designed to disallow contacting their support Your work is going to be used to train AI models, yet the entry assessments are judged by an AI instead of a human, resulting in wild unpredictability and extreme bias with regards to being accepted.

Pros

Great to work for, lots of work once you get past initial assessment as a specialist for coding. Receiving payments is seamless.

Cons

Work can be tedious and require long blocks of time.

Pros

Easy to get set up and work through the "entrance tests", and fairly easy to earn through your first project. The pay per project is OK (in THEORY), but in practice it can be difficult to make real money (see cons).

Cons

My experienced was, unless you have expertise in a very in-demand area like STEM, multilingual, or teaching, the available projects quickly dry up. They then encourage you to "take more qualification tests to see more projects." However, after the tests are taken, no indication is given as to the results and at times nothing more shows up in projects. In the end it can be a random, and disorienting process.
