      - A lot of freedom - work anytime, anywhere - Huge variety of tasks - Great for strengthening skills such as analytical thinking and comparative reasoning - Great pay

      Cons

      - Inconsistent workloads (some days you have loads of projects, some days you don't have any) - Don't really have any contact with employers/colleagues

      Pros

      Well-paid remote work with incredibly flexible hours. Variety of projects and work at times, and the pay is great for what it is.

      Cons

      The company doesn't communicate well with it's employees, and can fire you or stop giving you projects on a whim without explanation. The project's aren't consistent sometimes, and you have to put in some unpaid (or poorly paid) time doing qualifications to work your way up to better work.
