Pros
High payment, easy and fast to get payed, you can manage your time to work when and where you want to, good support from the team, another colleagues also can help, the time you take for each task is easy (you do not get very long and stressful tasks). So far I loved it
Cons
The only issue would be not having work to do all the time, and not being able to predict when there will be new tasks.
