Terrible management, nepotism and no possibility of career development. C-level only gives empty promises that never deliver. Employees who are promoted and ask for a training to better develop in their position have been reprimanded and called "not fit for the job". Found all the problems from a small startup (absolute chaos) + all the problems of a big corporation (desire to impose a process for everything). People on the inside are losing faith on that actually working. C-level are just despotic. Everything has only two sides, either their way or the wrong way.
