Pros
You have literally infinite freedom to develop any projects, and if you need supports, the boss and colleagues are very willing to give you a hand. You can work here even if you don't speak Vietnamese. Most of them can speak English.
Cons
Maybe not ideal place for those that look for some easy job. You might have to proactively work. But it's worth it at the end, because you can learn a lot from the experienced consultants.
