Small company , flexible work culture , easy going, supportive,

stagnant growth, very limited learning and training opportunities, under paid

The company provided a flexible schedule so long as the 20+ and work were completed during normal business hours.

Communication with management was absent. My first day I was provided an incorrect address. There was an expectation to work off hours, but despite a case of covid in my household,I was not permitted to log hours from home, nor was I allowed to work in the office for obvious reasons. No benefits, obviously, due to part time.
