Pros
A family run company that has a more relaxed environment. Many employees have been there a long time.
Cons
Senior management doesn't seem to have a strategic plan for the company, or if they do, it is not shared. For a small company there is little communication downward or upward. Overall a sense of employee disengagement. Company direction seems to change month to month. More recent hires tend to leave after a year or so, for typically higher pay elsewhere. Very little opportunity for advancement.
