Nothing seems best here.. they lure the resources by telling that they send you to onsite... And they will show you the dream pay... Which would just remain as a dream.. guys please don't fall for this... Everything is pre decided.. they treat u like a slaves.. guys please don't fall in a trap...
Cons
You may get your salary.. but you won't be getting your per diem( onsite money) when you go for onsite... Its like a dictatorship.. one person rules n everyone listens.. his words r final.. it's waste working there.. I was asked to resign just because the employer din't like me though I was very good at my work.. To put it very simple.. once u join this company.. u will be the sugarcane.. and that dictator will be the cane machine.. he extracts the juice from you n finally throw u out.. this is the real fact about this company.. u won't get your payment on time... But there words will be as sweet as honey.. don't be a prey for it... Worst company I have seen ever in my life.. no IT principles r followed.. n if u go onsite also if u face any problem from the foreign government.. company will never take your responsibility... It's u who should suffer n should come out of that problem.. If u wanna face the hell please join this company... Note: These r purely me views n what I have told here is my own experience as a employee at data Semantics. And what I have told here is truth.. I believe in a proverb:" If you shut up truth and bury it under the ground, it will but grow, and gather to itself such explosive power that the day it bursts through it will blow up everything in its way."..
