      Enjoyable 5 years of services

      The redundancy process was terrible with incorrect termination dates on paper work, HR internally wasn't professional and didn't communicate correctly. The 3rd party HR company they use also didn't resolved correctly the incorrect termination dates. We noticed it was wrong again when we went to claim on the healthcare insurance and it was denied even that I was still working at Data Masons. I would also say management needs to give and layout goals correctly within a timely manner so employees understand them. In my 5 yrs no goal we really laid out. Also within the 5yrs I only had one official review (in the last 6mths).

      Pros

      Data Masons has exceptionally ethical culture driven by executive leadership. This has empowered me to make the right decisions for our customers time and again. I love being part of a company that has the best of breed solution and is continually growing. There are plenty of opportunities to take on more responsibility, try new things or stay within my wheelhouse. I also work from home which has been a huge benefit to my work-life balance (eliminating long commute). Travel is minimal for me, but the opportunity is there if I want it. I feel the metrics are in place for me to have flexibility but be recognized for efforts. It has been a long time where I could honestly say I love my job, company and going to work every day. I am very appreciative to have that again.
