Mean spirited family runs the company. Owners very unhappy and blame workers for their lack of company success. Fired good management and blamed workers for future problems. Most toxic place I have ever worked. Always out of parts and taking shortcuts on customer orders. then blame workers for problems

They are very good when it comes to bereavement.

Management will tell you what they want you to think. For example they said, "We are not moving production to Florida. We only have sales offices there." Two weeks later the production location was suddenly closed and they are up and running in Florida.
