The UK leadership team argue amongst themselves and have internal daily struggles. You are constantly being told that you are not working hard enough and they cannot see where the time is going, every log on every system or tool shows the effort going into your 12-14 hour day, unfortunately, the one telling you this cannot use the tools provided so can't reference what you are saying. There is little to no support for staff in most departments, client data is so out of date, it's like trying to find a needle in a haystack. Lots of very unhappy customers mainly due to the constant high churn of staff. Too many internal calls daily and this is based on: 1. No one has an idea of what's going on 2. Cannot find the client data (correct point of contact and their information), most recent Commercial, most recent P.O., Terms of Business and finally any minutes from previous calls/meetings. 3. Internal team calls to discuss the same subject that we discussed only yesterday. 4. Constant calls with Sales, Marketing, DBM's to formulate plans and strategies to have people's hard work shot down by UK Leadership who have no clue themselves how to generate revenue. No job security
