A great place to work if you claim to be a sales person but in fact arent any good at it. You can get away with not selling anything in a year and still keep your job whilst others lose theirs (possibly due to lack of sales). A box of manky fruit a week is the only perk of this place. They have started to provide a pension but only because it's the law now.
Cons
When things go wrong expect a load of verbal abuse and very unprofessional treatment. It's a culture of bullying, where people are pressured into getting tasks done rather than with adequate support and guidance. You don't get paid for overtime. When you want to leave (and you will) you are stuck with a 3 month notice period and they won't give you a proper reference.

Pros
Innovation and individually initiatives encouraged. Intelligent staff, interesting technologies. Generally relaxed atmosphere. Culturally diverse
Cons
Not the best place to work if you simply want to be told what to do or don't want accountability and responsibility from the outset; there is little hand-holding
