      Very flexible and understanding work environment with a lot of trust put in each employee to handle work with clients well

      Cons

      Can sometimes feel disconnected from DI itself. Usually spending all time with the client and not collaborating much with other DI employees

      Pros

      Overall good benefits, high quality clients, and the people you will work with are very talented.

      Cons

      There has been a good bit of benefit slippage over the past few years, as healthcare is no longer 100% covered and no more unlimited time off. Also the promotion system is very subjective.
