Pros
Just the fact that they agreed to pay me the salary I demanded… but what they took in return was much more.
Also, I made a few good friends there that kept me going.
Cons
I knew something was fishy during the interview but I was desperately looking for a job so i accepted it. Now:
1. We were hired in bulk and few candidates left in the first week calling the company fraud.
2. They made us lie A LOT on our calls with customers.
3. They made us overtime and made us feel guilty if we wanted to leave as per schedule.
4. They change their office every 2 months.
5. They ask money from us only to do office parties and buy cakes for staff’s bdays.
6. The owner comes in a fancy Merc with his Macbook and later cries about having no money.
7. Salaries never come on time.
8. They even expect you to work on Sundays to meet your target.
9. They will set your target so high and if you don’t achieve it, they’ll cut the salaries(as a way of cost cutting)
10. They lie about incentives. Even target overachievers don’t get their incentives. If you want incentives, don’t come here.
11. Meetings twice a day with the manager are conducted to humiliate you infront of others. They destroy your confidence.
12. They fire people anytime they want and hire every month in bulk.
13. Nobody can work there for more than 2-3 months because they treat you like school kids and never let you relax.
