When I first arrived at Data Evolution I was a bit shocked about how much management and leadership cared about their techs. I came from a very number driven IT organization and this was an incredible change of pace. Since working here I firmly believe that this is how all employees should be treated: with respect and dignity. The benefits are great and management is willing to work with you if any family or personal issues arise.
Cons
The company is still fairly small and lacks some basic procedures and onboarding processes, but management is working to close this gap. The remote support team is a little underwhelming and could use some more training, and staffing.
Decent opportunities to grow within the company.
Middle management is helpful and usually available.
Compensation was fairly decent.

Micromanagement from Upper Leadership (Owners)
Bills simple tasks as projects - questionable practice for Client retention.
Project and Systems engineers were rarely available and usually not helpful.
Terrible communication with Projects Teams and Systems Engineers
