Sales administator - Sales Adminstrator Data Energy Management Services Employee Review

I have just started working at Data Energy and can say I feel like I have been hear a lot longer due to how welcoming everyone has been. It has been really helpful that employees not just in my department has reached out and offered their help if I have any questions. Not working in this type of industry before, I have been given a full training plan and weekly meetings with my manager to keep in touch with how I am feeling and how the process is going.

I do not have any cons to report at this moment in time

The management team will push you to reach your full potential by providing constant support and training. Data Energy are always looking into ways to make the staff happy and involved in company progression. The mixture of experience within the company makes for an inclusive and supportive place to work.

With the constant growth of the company workloads can be high at times. This however is constantly looked into to see where there are areas for change or improvement.
