Pros

Can’t even say you got a paycheck on time.

Cons

I worked out of the Houston office ten years ago. Still check in once in a while with one or two former colleagues, and reading these reviews from the Pune employees...have to say this is nothing new. Pay was regularly delayed. All sorts of stories were told about the cash crunch but hardly anyone believed those stories and believed something else was being done with the money that was withheld. The "important" people were paid earlier than the "regular" ones. Remember the CEO and C-suite have zero credibility among the employees. People were regularly abused, demeaned, insulted. Severe mental issues at the top. People getting fired for no professional reasons. Based on whims and personal grudges. You could say something completely professional and correct and it would be held against you and you'd be fired, sometimes soon, sometimes later. So many capable people came and went, rather quickly. Only the boot lickers (which is the C-suite and some of the top management) remained. It is a very long list and I could go on forever. I am saddened but not surprised to see folks in Pune being mistreated, in such terrible ways.

Pros

Pros, at this company? This is a wasteland. Heck it is not even a company. The real positive is that there are websites like Glassdoor where people can be made aware.

Cons

CEO Piyush Mehta is running something not just a sweatshop but something far worse! - In a sweatshop you at least get paid on time. Here you are left wondering and scrambling to somehow pay your bills because your paycheck hasn't come. - In a sweatshop the hours are long but they are still fixed. Here you are forced to work all the time. Weeknights, weekends, late night, any time. You have a life, a family? Forget about it. - In a sweatshop as long as you do your work right, you remain employed. Not here. Based on the CEO's mood on that day, it could become your last day of work. Has happened to many people. And I have not even talked about the random and unpredictable abuse that can happen to you - it could be anyone at a rank higher than you. You go to HR? Haha there is no HR here! That too got fed up and left. Please do yourself a favour and stay far away from this place.
