Pros

Working at Data Dynamics as a DevOps Engineer has been an intense yet rewarding experience. The company is deeply product-oriented, so there’s always pressure around release timelines, deployment stability, and maintaining high uptime. But that pressure pushes you to grow fast. From CI/CD pipelines to cloud-native deployments, the exposure here is solid. If you're passionate about automation and infra scalability, this is a great place to learn. Strong DevOps culture with good tooling Hands-on with cloud (Azure/AWS) and Kubernetes Learning from tight releases and real production issues Smart and helpful peers

Cons

Product release cycles can get stressful

Pros

Nothing. None. Zero. Nil. You get the idea?

Cons

We are told that salaries can't be paid on time due to cash-crunch. A company that is in such dire financial situation, you'd think they would be very careful in how they spend money. But no, there is plenty of money for the most useless C-suite and their likes. For example "Chief Strategy Officer". Such a useless title was created after the person had been bounced around from one position to another, failing in every one. Knows nothing, does nothing. Has been around for ages, being paid for what exactly? Nobody knows. There are so many others like that, fancy titles and nothing else. Add up the cumulative money spent on them over the years - salaries, travel and so on. It is a fortune. But when it comes to hard working people working their backs off day and night, there is cash-crunch, so they are left wondering how they will take care of their families, how will they pay their bills when they don't even know when they will get their hard earned paycheck. They are even forced to work extra time - for free of course. And what else do these regular people get in return? Constant insults, negativity, toxicity. You cannot find a more cruel and unjust workplace. Guaranteed. The head of the company and people running the show here have zero conscience, zero empathy.
