Toxic Culture - Anonymous employee Data Device Employee Review

TransDigm culture is toxic and is all about sucking as much value as it can out of customers and employees. Anyone who can leave the business has or is leaving. Whole departments have turned over in less than a year. Worst company I have ever worked for and I would not recommend working here to an enemy let alone a friend.
