      Great product and a lot of amazing engineers

      Cons

      Everything about the Leadership. There is no transparency and too much ego. All new leadership hires refuse to learn what our product does or how we work, and instead insist on doing things "as I did in my last company". They are desperately trying and failing to be like other companies in the space. They push out anyone who disagrees with them or does not constantly kiss up to them.

      Every company has perks and quirks. Datacubed is no different, but for my job role the only con is low awareness that we are working to combat.

      Remote company and few nice folks

      Cons

      Management doesn’t know what’s going on. All they do is go to conferences and product is degrading. No vision, no future plans not sure how it’s still in business.
