Pros
- Good 401K saving options compared to other small companies - Even though it is in VA area, it has a descent number of clients who are non-federal and do not require clearance
Cons
- Pay is peanuts, especially for the entry-level folks - The management will play with the new OPT students by doing false promises that they sponsor H1B. But in reality they do sponsor only at your left with last chance with your H1b Lottery.
