Pros
Most of the people were really lovely. Lively office environment and CEO is very approachable and appreciates the work the team do. Nice flexibility between WFH & Office days Event model they use is very effective.
Cons
Marketing manager is not very approachable or friendly. Was extremely absent during my first 2 weeks which made things difficult. Very confrontational when accusing me of talking bad about them although all I said was “they were absent and I felt like I didn’t know what I was doing” 3 months into my role I still didn’t have logins for certain softwares, wasn’t provided proper training, and manager constantly made me feel ostracised.
