      Pros

      They hire just about anyone and you can create your own title.

      Cons

      The pay was horrible to begin with; unfortunately I settled but not for long. They tend to work very last minute, so the pressure is on when it comes to making sales, paying bills, making travel arrangements, etc. The moral of the company is depressing. The health benefits are horrible and I ended up getting my own out of my own pocket. Management are delusional when it comes to the companies success and the employees happiness in working for their company

      Small office if you like that type of setting.

      Cons

      The place is a revolving door. They constantly remind you you're an "at will" employee snd threaten to fire you and do so. No formal hire intake or training. HR is in another country. Benefits and pay are horrible. Was fired for no reason shortly after 4 others were let go because "it simply wasn't working out." It's a tech company yet thieir technological infrastructure is basic..crashes regularly. No support when needed and unrealistic goals. Worst place to work for. Management had no sense of morale..would curse and yell at employees and make inappropriate jokes.
