Pros
Most of the women who work at DCI are very nice and kind. Most of the men would rather have a peeingcontest to determine who get to be on top. Benefits were pretty sweet.......if you are salary.
Cons
Management is a joke, and the naming convention is a joke. Most of the people that are raging dumpster fires would rather see you in a state of misery than being happy. If you are smiling or having a good time, people will come out of the wood works and try and stop you. Communication is a joke, and everyone expects you to be a mind reader. Management picks there one or two favorites and tells the rest off. If you like yourself in anyway, AVOID AT ALL COST. Seriously, I use to work in retail and would rather go back to there than work at DCI. At least everyone liked each other there. If you are looking because you are entree level, there are better places in Wichita.
