      Not alot, unless youre a field tech where you have a little freedom and arent constantly being micromanaged

      Cons

      Micromanagement to the extreme, different set of rules & different levels of pay, it all depends on how much/little the owner & the manager like aperson. NO room forgrowth or advancement

      Pros

      Very team oriented, lots of activities focused not only on us workers but for significant others, always open for feedback. Great team events and love the annual kickoff performed to continue to educate us as well as the monthly meetings.

      Cons

      No real downsides other than would perhaps like more lab time for enhancing expertise
