Pros

The paychecks never bounced. Billy Booth is amazingly talented, knowledgeable and dedicated resource here. He deserves all accolades that can be given. They do not deserve him.

Cons

So many thoughts. Here's a few- Company led by insecure, paranoid, egomaniac CEO with what seems like frequent bouts of 'roid rage. Yes Len Summa, that's exactly you and then some. Drive off all good talent and loyal employees in favor of brown-nosers and ego-strokers. Do not appropriately award or recognize the effort of the hardworking until it is either too late or an effort to keep them from leaving. Insults, sexually charged inappropriate comments and back-handed compliments are a routine thing here. Extremely sexist environment. Strong willed men are tough heroes. Strong willed women are crazy, irrational, emotionally unstable or whatever other nastier comments they make. Ladies, don't forget to smile. The male management will have an issue if you don't. Inefficiently run HR department....meaning there isn't one. So don't bother complaining about any of the aforementioned issues. CEO and owners take absurd salary while the company struggles to find money to hire people for necessary, unfilled jobs, leaving the burden to fall on the sales team to create the revenue for such employees. Social media following is a farce. Check the Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram likes....they are all employees who are FORCED to like everything put out within minutes of posting or feel the wrath. Company culture, nonexistent. And it's not because the employees want it that way or created the problem. This is a trickle down effect from the toxic top. So many false promises made by management, internally and customer facing. When the customer figures it out though...you're on your own and it's YOU that will be in trouble. Constantly having to watch out for the bus that is ever trying to run you over. Want to take PTO, sick day, or holidays off? Nope. Don't. If you do, you are uncommitted, out of the game, and unavailable to your position. Micromanaging is a nice way of describing the management style here. No autonomy to do what is needed of you without constant scrutiny and checking in. Antiquated processes and technology; both used and sold. Buyers beware! I feel like that's enough, you should get the idea by now.

Solid place to work with a great atmosphere and co-workers. Ownership is active, thoughtful, and will take care of any/all who show effort and care for the organization.
