Pros

A good place to start your career in sales, especially if you have no sales experience and are looking for a future in the business development arena.

Cons

I cannot think of any pros during my time at Data Age. I was a full-time employee for nearly 3 years and each day was a living hell. I was verbally abused and the COO now CEO at the time was a bully. He was known as the bulldog, he would curse in the sales meetings and throw temper tantrums and often times humiliate and demean others by putting them down. It was the least professional environment I have ever been in. Also, be prepared, upper management does play favorites. It was just a sad environment, we would all manage and handle Mr. Summa's wavering moods in fear of our jobs. It does seem like the atmosphere has changed since my departure, however, I still would not recommend anyone considering my experience.
