nice people, hours were ok

upper mgmt were not really doing anything, company was in holding pattern for so long. lots of opinions from them but not a lot of true experts - that was in the lower levels

Good people and teams, Everyone works hard and as a team. Good on-board training. Good managers. Don't need to work overtime much, unless you're on-call.

Not enough people in some teams, while too many people in some. Things are too repetitive. Poor management, which is even worse now that a new company owns it. No growth in the company, people are stuck in the same position and salary forever. Poorly managed projects, People are panicking and leaving the company, like me.
