Pros

Good culture throughout the global environment, but not in KL. Directors are friendly, and easy to approach.

Cons

1. Where KPIs are concerned, you will be sacrificed when the need comes. Managers & Deputy Directors do not care if you're ready or not, they're going push for your promotion for their own KPI. If you fail, you get fired. But before you get there, you'll be put through an agonizing process. 2. Whatever values have been preached to you, don't believe it 100%. 3. Taichi is the main culture. 4. Don't place your hope in R&R department. They will give you 101 reasons for their failure and never listens to what others has to say.

Pros

This is a good place to get experience if you're interested in Aerospace, IT, Automotive, CAD, Engineering space. There are opportunities to learn and advance your career if you make the right connections.

Cons

Management is very unorganized due to constant shift in priorities. Be prepared to have a new manager assigned quarterly which will impact expectations for performance evaluations. This is a French company that manages business entities around the world. The US and French management are very disconnected. If you are assigned a manager who is based overseas, you will absolutely have a difficult time and minimal work life balance.
