      DS has a proven track record operationally and financially and continues to grow year over year. DS has a charismatic and visionary CEO who has led the company through multiple evolutions and continues to inspire both internally as well as in the various industries addressed.

      Cons

      DS has grown significantly over the years and like many companies coming from a startup culture, is still experiencing growing pains. As the company continues to expland including via acquisitions, there continue to be internal communication and synchronization challenges.

      This is a good place to get experience if you're interested in Aerospace, IT, Automotive, CAD, Engineering space. There are opportunities to learn and advance your career if you make the right connections.

      Cons

      Management is very unorganized due to constant shift in priorities. Be prepared to have a new manager assigned quarterly which will impact expectations for performance evaluations. This is a French company that manages business entities around the world. The US and French management are very disconnected. If you are assigned a manager who is based overseas, you will absolutely have a difficult time and minimal work life balance.
