Good money. Friendly staff. Relaxed environment.

Untrustworthy management. Lack of communication with superiors. Inconsistency with menu and quality.

The pay was decent, the clientele was normally pretty relaxed and enjoyable

Coworkers were very lazy and all hated each other. Lots of very unnecessary work drama. Assistant managers talking trash about everyone including the GM and owner. No one was ever willing to work together. The tip share system was stupid. Even BOH and managers had their hands in the tip share even though most of FOH was getting paid horribly and trying to rely on tips. Never took a day off until my one week vacation which was promised to me when I agreed to the job over and when I got back the assistant manager was bad mouthing me to the GM because I took a vacation and she wanted one of her friends to have my job. Everyone here has been told they were some sort of manager at some point so everyone thinks they’re in charge and above doing certain things somehow.
