Wasn't any. Put up freaking xmas lights in the rain and cold and got paid barely 17.

Never able to keep anyone long term. No structure. Treated crews badly, just want job done. People always falling off ladders. Always saying if osha not around get it done fast.

Pay was decent at times

Not good. Overworked.I believe they stole money from me
