Here's the Scoop-ish - Anonymous employee Dashboard Employee Review

Worked with a fantastic, talented team. Really enjoyed the work environment (most of the time) and generally enjoyed the work. Lots of challenge and opportunity to get involved in additional projects and develop new, non-standard skills to the role.

Management was not great. Owner focused VERY heavily on a project that was pretty clearly destined to fail while other departments struggled. I was once reprimanded due to a client's unclear list of nice-to-haves becoming a list of unreasonable requirements, which then became a priority task with zero available resources. Did not care for several members of management. Environment became wildly chaotic. Was often expected to be available after-hours, which I understand is part of the industry but is still awful to deal with. A manager once provided my personal phone number to a client, who continuously contacted me off-hours.

- Great experience for Jr. roles. - Fun location in the heart of Toronto - Given lots of responsibility in every role. You will learn a lot. - Client relationships and expectations are well managed. - Opportunities to advance in the company if you're willing to put the years in.

- Intermediate positions are a struggle since there seems to be a lack of senior mentorship. - Poor decision making from upper management and strategy. - Having to wear many hats results in a lack of QA, UX and strong dev.
