Pros

Good base pay and remote

Cons

Terrible leadership. Zach, the owner & CEO is too far removed from the business and too be frank doesn’t know what he’s doing. Most of senior leadership is clueless. Hired a lot of sales members in early 2026 under false pretenses and then didn’t have a product or offer for them to sell. After months of confusing messaging from leadership after the Meta announcement, they realized they were too late and held a RIF on a Friday and provide no severance of any kind

Pros

Good base salary and remote.

Cons

The worst run organization I have ever seen. There was a time when there was a good team in place over there, but all of the good people left over time. They have hired and quickly fired dozens and dozens of people over the years seemingly on a whim. Sellers have no insight into how the company is doing financially and every week or two we were told to sell different products that really didn’t even exist yet. The leaders at the company are very removed from the day to day at the company and don’t understand the current market. The other AEs were almost all great and very supportive of one another. The comp plan changed all the time and there was no communication on changes. Over time, they brought in micromanagers who add no value to the company whatsoever besides putting unnecessary pressure on sellers. Some very morally questionable business practices as well. If I knew then what I know now, I would have never taken the job. I’d avoid this place at all costs.
