Tremendous amount of personal and professional growth potential in retail that can also transition into the corporate side. Being able to be part of a team that values everyone's opinion and not feel like a number is rare to find in organizations as large as this. Working for Dash In, you will be challenged and encouraged to do better than your best day, by doing so you will also be rewarded.
Cons
There are still some processes that need to be created or updated, but this leads to an individual having an impact in how we can create a better process for the organization on a larger scale.
