Pros
The only good thing about Darwin is that they have some great people.
Cons
Darwin will sell a dream which most of it is lies. They may say they stick together but throughout this pandemic they did the complete opposite. They let go of people immediately (clearly states they are not financially stable). They then bring their staff back putting them on furlough to only let them go again cutting their furlough short instead of continuing this until the end of October to allow furloughed staff to find another job when everyone begins to re hire. In the office there had been regular updates but everyone else that was not working had no update or support. This demonstrate Darwin’s true colours. For anyone looking for a long term and stable company do not move to Darwin.
