Pros
They're a dynamic team with a great team culture! They're working on some really interesting projects and it is really diverse! Being based on the Innovation Park at the EPFL has its benefits too - relaxed, innovative, access to EPFL restaurants and cafés, and 5 minute walk from the lake.
Cons
This is a start-up / scale-up. If you're looking for a high level of structure, processes procedures that come with big corporations, then stay away. But if you like getting involved with many different projects, having the freedom to make decisions and enjoy adapting to a growing environment, then you will not be disappointed!
