This place is unreal. It is a work harder not smarter place! Always in react mode instead of being proactive. Most of us have had no raises in 10+ years, vacation time is now PTO time so they don't have to pay us out if we leave. No care for the employees at all. We are expected to work as many overtime hours as possible.
