      Pros

      Great place to learn and experience large mass production machinery. In my experience they have been very friendly and upfront with the expectations and time allowed for new operators to get acclimated with the type of equipment used.

      Cons

      Long shifts (12 hours) but very accommodating schedule to keep employees from being over worked.

      Clean environment and good benefits

      Cons

      Micromanaging everything you do redundancy galore rules that make zero sense safety is great but taken to an extreme measure so much so that it wears on your mental health
