Hypocritical HR and Management - Anonymous employee Dart Container Employee Review

They preach from Day 1 about safety. Safety is a condition of employment. However, they don't care about Heath and Saftey until someone goes wrong. Even when told point blank. You are just there to fill a job. They don't care about you. I even went as far as contacting corporate HR and all they say is that they would let the on-site HR know of my concerns and that the on-site HR would be in contact. Never happened. I had to follow up and HR ultimately did nothing.
