      You get paid holiday pay and bonuses come every now and then

      Cons

      If you are not one of their favorites you will dread coming to work its already bad you have to work 12 hours but being bullied makes it 10 times worst

      The people within your department are a great resource of knowledge and positive to be around

      Recent changes over time have made the job more stressful with the people doing the hard work being listened to less and with more work being piled on without additional support being made available.
