Pros
40.0 hours on each weeks time card and 3 day weekend every two weeks.
Cons
The 12 hour shifts begin at 6am and 6pm. They don't pay lower level employees enough to make them want to stay there. There are too many people not comfortable with understanding English in the higher floor employee jobs. Supervisors on the floor don't know the machines or the materials used enough to be able to troubleshoot small problems or even identify the problems and their possible cause. They just waste material by running it through faster until it looks correct. Floor supervisors are barely on the actual floor monitoring employees and machine output, instead they hang out on their computers looking busy and gossiping in their native tongue (not english) amongst those who speak it to them so they won't show how untrained and uneducated they are for their advanced position.
