      Decent amount of professional freedom. Workplace culture is pretty casual.

      Cons

      As in the nature of private boarding schools, nebulous emotional relationships amongst employees, students, and/or administration are not uncommon. Pay could be better.

      Beautiful Sunsets, friendly students, rich history

      Cons

      The administration is emotionally charged, without clear vision of the future of the school. They distract you with wishy washy talks about family but in the end, they are not willing to compensate you well or make you feel valued.
