Lots of pros, great place to work

Not a lot of cons, great place to work

Company was originally founded with great, family core values.

Came in to work one day and was told that me, along with 40 other employees were being laid off effective immediately. Why? The company hired 3 people who were paid more than their value, and after a year of them underperforming, they gave each of them the responsibilities of the positions beneath them so they can earn their salary. Unfortunately, the people below them got bumped down as well, and led to the company letting go of a good amount of employees. Many of which had been with the company for years.
