      Lovely coworkers and good staff discount

      Cons

      Very disorganised and passive aggressive management. Wouldn’t be told about any promotions that were happening or the processes of how to do things, management would just expect you to automatically know what to do without any direction and then blame the employees when things went wrong. Most of the time I saw information from social media before I was told anything by management.

      Work colleagues are awesome people

      Cons

      Upper management is disgusting. They hire you below your level and then get you working on higher level stuff. The amount of overwork and pressure is absolutely ridiculous. Very badly organised. Constantly understaffed and with more work being thrown at you. Staying two hours overtime is normal, zero appreciation for staff. And shifts constantly changed.
