      When you have worked in a toxic workplace, you can work with ease anywhere else. I was happier when I left Darley.

      Cons

      The attitude of some supervisors is enough to bring the work culture down. These terribly biased individuals share feedback and promotions based on their opinion of someone, not their skills.
