Decent pay Benefits are "okay" but nothing great Management is hands off except for when they don't want to be

They expect you to travel your life away for the company with no additional reward (unless you're an OCONUS deployer) Benefits are only okay Pay was decent when I started but I was passed up time and time again for my annual evaluation and raise. I ended up leaving, making around $10k a year less than my peers who I had trained to do the job. Management throws you to the trash if you exhibit any issues, even mental health issues brought on by the stress of the job and daily life.
