Upper management sucked and HR will lie lie lie. Get everything in writing. Always had to have the phone on and respond immediately so never any real time off and always high stress. They should be paying six figures considering the demands but the reality is half that. I covered a lot of others shifts and in spite of promises was never compensated for it.
